Role of Travelites Sociedad Limitada
Travelites Sociedad Limitada acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, and other suppliers.
Travelites does not own, manage, or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance. The terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers will also apply to your booking.
Booking and payment
When making a booking through our website or services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Prices and availability
All prices are subject to availability and may change until full payment has been received. Travelites reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation, modification, and refund policies vary depending on the travel service and the applicable supplier’s terms.

- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the supplier’s conditions and timelines.
- Service fees charged by Travelites may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Changes initiated by the customer
Requests for changes to bookings are subject to availability and supplier approval and may incur additional charges or fees. Travelites reserves the right to refuse changes that are not feasible or permitted under supplier terms.
Travel insurance
Customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering, at a minimum:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Personal accident
- Baggage loss
- Public liability
Travelites accepts no responsibility for losses that could have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelites Sociedad Limitada shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or inconvenience arising from:
- Acts or omissions of third-party travel service providers.
- Force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
- Errors or omissions provided by the customer.
Where liability applies, it shall be limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to Travelites.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travelites Sociedad Limitada or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
